Hey Pineapple - 嘿鳳梨 lets members permanently delete their account and related user data from the product.

How to delete your account

To permanently delete your account in the iOS app, follow these steps:

  1. Open the bottom Messages tab.
  2. Open the top Account tab.
  3. Choose Delete Account to start permanent deletion and sign out.
  4. Confirm Delete Account in the first popup.
  5. Confirm Delete Account again in the second popup to finish.

What happens after deletion

Your account data is permanently removed from the product, and you are logged out.
